Colombian artist Juan Bernal's award winning photographs are based on images of nature, mostly
close ups of details that scape the eye of the normal observer, like a drop of dew, details of flowers
and leaves. Some of them are then reinvented making emphasis in nature's geometry. They intend to
enhance the beauty of nature and to raise awareness of the importance of preserving nature.
Destroying nature is destroying ourselves.
